When you install one of the Office XP programs listed at the beginning of this article, or you upgrade one of the listed programs to Office XP Service Pack 1, and Norton SystemWorks is installed on your computer, the Office XP program may not start or may not be installed as expected, or Microsoft Windows may not start after you install the Office XP program.

| 1. | Uninstall Norton SystemWorks. |
| 2. | Install Microsoft Office XP. |
| 3. | Install Office XP Service Pack 1. |
| 4. | Reinstall Norton SystemWorks. |
