When you click the Next Message or the Previous Message toolbar buttons to move from a Unified Messenger Voice Mail message to another message while the Preview Pane is turned on (enabled) in Outlook 2002, you receive the following error messages:
Unified Messenger An unexpected error has occurred. This may be due to a temporary problem with the voice server, Exchange server, or the network. Please retry the operation. (0x80004005)
