Description of the Microsoft Windows Registry SYMPTOMS By default, there is a one minute polling interval if you
are working in the Offline mode in Outlook 2002. This means that it takes up to
one minute to send wireless transport messages using a third-party transport
provider. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, obtain the latest
