If you perform a "Find Names" procedure in the Exchange 2000 version of Microsoft Outlook Web Access (OWA), a mail-enabled group with a name that begins with an ampersand (&) may be missing from the results.
If you create a new message in OWA, click To, and then perform a Find Names procedure for "&", the group name may not be displayed. However, if you scroll through the Find Name results pane, you may be able to select the group name and add it.
NOTE: The group appears blank.
If you create a user with a name that begins with an ampersand, that user experiences the same problem.
