SYMPTOMS

If you view another person's shared Contacts list that exists on a different Microsoft Exchange 2000 information store, you cannot do a quick search to find a specific contact in Microsoft Outlook by typing the first letter of the contact.

RESOLUTION

Outlook 2002

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Microsoft Office XP. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
