When you use Microsoft Outlook Web Access (OWA) to open a Contact, the Contact may be displayed with the note form instead of the Contact form.
CAUSE
This problem may occur if:

NOTE: Because of file dependencies, this update requires Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server Service Pack 2. WORKAROUND
To work around this problem and view the Contact in OWA, convert the message class field of the Contacts back to IPM.Contact. However, a side effect of this workaround is that you cannot use a custom Outlook form to view the Contacts in Outlook.
