without administrator permissions may receive the following error message when
they try to print: You do not have permission to use the
selected printer. If you need access, contact your network administrator.
CAUSE A fix to Unidrvui.dll requires that a printer definition
file (*.GPD)
be recompiled to a .bud cache file one time. If a user
does not have permission to write this file, the operation does not succeed.
