When you try to use the Microsoft Office Keyboard Hot Keys, the Hot Keys do not perform their specified functions. NOTE: Hot Keys are the buttons that are located across the top of your Office Keyboard and along the left side of your Office Keyboard. CAUSE
This behavior may occur when the Type32.exe file is not included in the startup group.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, add Type32.exe to the startup group, and then remove and reinstall the IntelliType software. To do this, follow these steps.
Add Type32.exe to the Startup Group
Uninstall and Reinstall IntelliType Software
