carriage return/linefeed character combinations (also known as CR-LF, or
0x0D,0x0A in hexadecimal) may be replaced by "CR-CR-LF" or 0x0D,0x0D,0x0A.
CAUSE The RichEdit text control reads its content in blocks of
2,048 characters. If a CR-LF combination spans the boundary between two blocks,
