SMS: Advertisements May Run When No User Is Logged On

SYMPTOMS

After you apply post-Service Pack 3 (SP3) client hotfixes, a distribution may run when a user is not logged on. This can occur if the Run only when user logged on and Require administrative rights options are turned on on the Environment tab in the program's properties.

RESOLUTION
