"All", all the responses are queried and returned to the client, but the
queries are not cached. CAUSE These queries are not cached because DNS cannot give the
client an authoritative answer of type All from the servers cache.

The Datacenter Program and Windows 2000 Datacenter Server Product
296861 Some Internet DNS servers keep track of the number
of concurrent sessions by a DNS server, and when they reach a threshold, they
stop accepting connects from the server. This may occur with products like
Sendmail.exe (from the Microsoft Mail Resource Kit) which does queries of type "All". This hotfix makes the DNS
server cache records that are received from Query Type=All.
