OL2000: You May Receive Reminders Later Than You Should

SYMPTOMS

You may receive Outlook reminders five minutes to three hours later than you should in Outlook 2000.

CAUSE

This problem can occur because of the way that Outlook 2000 is setting the timer for the reminder code to be processed.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Microsoft Office 2000. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
