TTL Value of -1 (0xFFFFFFFF) in Dynamic Update Packet Means Use Default Zone TTL

When a client computer sends a Dynamic Update packet with a Time-to-Live (TTL) value of -1 (0xFFFFFFFF), DNS considers this value a special value and uses default-zone TTL values for this update request. Before this change occurred, the value that was used was the actual TTL value, which was a TTL value of 0xFFFFFFFF (4294967295 decimal) seconds.
