responding (crashes), and you receive an error message similar to the
following: Winword.exe has generated errors and will be
closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program. An error log is being
created. CAUSE This behavior occurs if the text contains an opening
parenthesis followed by a blank space and a paragraph mark. RESOLUTION To resolve this problem, obtain the latest
service pack for Microsoft Office 2000. For additional information, click the
