MUSICMATCH Jukebox Causes an Error Message in Windows XP

When you try to use the MUSICMATCH Jukebox program, you may receive an error message that is similar to the following error message:
MUSICMATCH Jukebox has encountered a problem and must be closed. We apologize for the inconvenience.
If the error message is still displayed and you want to see the data that the error report contains, click the click here link at the bottom of the message box. You then see error signature information that may be similar to the following:
   App Name  App Version  Module Name  Module Version  Offset
   mmjb.exe    msvcrt.dll   7.0.2600.0      00033730


This issue may occur because versions of MUSICMATCH Jukebox that are earlier than version 7.1 are not completely compatible with Windows XP.
