Description of the Microsoft Windows Registry
On This PageSYMPTOMS A client that accesses a file share on an OS/2 server may
consume all the NetBIOS sessions on the server. The server may generate a Net
3101 report that indicates that the server ran out of resources. CAUSE When a new session is initiated, the redirector sends a
SessionSetup SMB with the VC number set to 0. This indicates that this is a new
session, and clears all previous sessions. Because the OS/2 SMB servers does not end the previous session, NetBIOS sessions on the server side are used up. This leads to the Net 3101 Error on the OS/2 server. RESOLUTIONWindows XPTo resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows XP. view the file information, it is converted to local time. To find the
