If you have failing network hardware on a fault-tolerant hardware platform, you may receive a STOP 0xD1 error message in the Ndis.sys file.
CAUSE
This problem may occur because ndisMSendCompleteX does not acquire the miniport spinlock before it decrements a particular structure.
