If you use Client for NFS, a component of Windows Services for UNIX 3.0, you can transfer files from your existing UNIX server to your Windows-based server more easily. After you use Network File System (NFS) to export the file system or folder that you want to transfer from the UNIX server, you can easily move whole folder trees in a single step in the same way you can when the files are located on a Windows-based server. Transferring Files from UNIX to Windows by Using Client for NFSTo transfer files from UNIX to Windows by using Client for NFS, use the exportfs command to make the files available from the UNIX server, and then use Windows Explorer to move the files to your Windows-based server.To transfer files from UNIX to Windows:
