FP2002: "Specified File or Web Does Not Exist" Error Message When You Open Web from MMC

SYMPTOMS

When you try to open a Web site in FrontPage 2002 from the Internet Services Manager in the Microsoft Management Console (MMC), you may receive the following error message:
Microsoft FrontPage
The specified file or Web does not exist.

CAUSE

This issue may occur when you try to open a Web site from the MMC that does not have a default Web page.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, create a default Web page for the site that you are trying to open.
