After you activate the Internet Explorer restriction to turn off shortcut menus, you may still be able to view and use shortcut menus if you right-click the Internet Explorer Help window. Note that shortcut menus are also known as context menus.
CAUSE
This problem may occur if Internet Explorer does not test to see if the shortcut menu is turned off for the Internet Explorer Help window. This symptom is caused by a problem with the NoBrowserContextMenu restriction.
RESOLUTIONInternet Explorer 6To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Internet Explorer 6. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:328548
