CAUSE This problem occurs because of a bug in the Pcmcia.sys
driver. The problem is that the PCMCIA bus driver does not correctly interpret the TPCC_RMSK field of the CISTPL_CONFIG tuple. This may cause a configuration problem of a PC card in the following scenario:
