Smith University in Charlotte, NC, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Engineering. He is currently a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and Trainer (MCSE/MCT) and is a Content Developer for the Consumer Content and Services team, which provides online technical content for the Microsoft Support Web site.
