MORE INFORMATION

This problem only occurs when you create a new journal entry by using the menu item Actions | New Journal Entry for Contact. This problem does not occur if you right-click Contact in the Contacts folder, and then click New Journal Entry for Contact from the Context menu which was one of the workarounds that was originally provided. The original problem resulted in two contact links, one with the title and one without the title.

For more information about the contact, including the title, see "References."
