This problem was first corrected in Office XP Service Pack 3. MORE INFORMATIONThis problem only occurs when you create a new journal entry
by using the menu item Actions | New Journal Entry for
Contact. This problem does not occur if you right-click
Contact in the Contacts folder, and then click New
Journal Entry for Contact from the Context menu which was one of the
workarounds that was originally provided. The original problem resulted in two
