Edward started at Microsoft in October 1999. He began with the Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 team and now works for the Windows 2000 Directory Services team. Prior to working at Microsoft, he was with one of Microsoft's partner companies for a couple of years supporting the Windows NT 4.0 IP/RAS team and the Domains team. Mike left a family-run business to join Microsoft for the Windows 95 launch. He is a Support Professional who has served in several roles at Microsoft, including Duty Manager, Lead, and Mentor. He has been part of the Windows NT Domains team and is currently focused on the Windows 2000 Directory Services team for Microsoft Platform Support (MPS).
