SYMPTOMS

When you use Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server (SPS) and you check out a Power Point 2002 document, make changes, add new pages, and frequently save the document, you may note that the version is not the last version that was saved. This problem occurs even though you used the Check-in command. The read-only version reopens. However, the document does not contain all the changes that you made or the pages that you added.
