An accepted meeting request does not appear in the calendar of your Exchange Server mailbox in Outlook 2002

When you accept a meeting request that you received earlier in Microsoft Outlook 2002, the meeting may not appear in the calendar of your Microsoft Exchange Server mailbox.
This problem may occur if the following conditions are true in the order that they are presented:

Hotfix InformationA supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem.
