During this Support WebCast session, we will discuss the new SMS Web Reporting tool as an alternative to the SMS Crystal Reports solution for generating reports. We will talk about installation of the product, integration with SMS 2.0, and the reports that are included.This is a Level 200 (http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=gp;en-us;webcastlevels&sd=gn) session that was recorded May 17, 2001 and presented by Rob Wickham. Rob Wickham has been with Microsoft since 1993 when he started as a LAN Manager product support professional. Shortly after he became the Support Lead for the SMS 1.0 Beta (code-named Hermes) and an Escalation Engineer for SMS. In 1996 he joined the Product Team as a Program Manager taking on the role of QFE Manager and Beta Administrator for SMS 1.2. Rob currently handles all tool releases and manages a PM team focused on whole system issues such as recovery and migration.
