SYMPTOMS

If you create a PivotTable that contains grouped data, you may not be able to edit the data.

You can go into query by means of the PivotTable Wizard and add or delete fields of data to be returned to the PivotTable. However, when you return the data to the PivotTable, the field list does not show any changes that reflect the added or removed fields, even after you refresh the PivotTable.
