Session Summary

In this session, we will discuss the new SQL Server Log Shipping feature and the enhancement made to this newly automated feature. We will talk about why it is robust and will also provide some suggestions about when and how to use it. We will explain the enhancement and the challenges you may encounter when you deploy Log Shipping on the Enterprise Edition and how that affects the choice for the Recovery model. We will discuss conflicting operations and non-recoverable operations, as well as fast failback and snapshot backups.
