The problem occurs after you check your MSN, Post Office Protocol 3 (POP3) e-mail account with Outlook or Outlook Express. Additional symptoms are that you do not receive any error messages, even though you can successfully send e-mail messages from your MSN POP3 account. Jennifer is a Support Professional in the Messaging Unit of Product Support Services (PSS) and has been with Microsoft support since 1994.
