In this session, we will discuss common issues you may encounter while attempting to restart or shut down Windows® Millennium Edition (Me). This session will introduce several troubleshooting methods to resolve shutdown issues and discuss common causes of shutdown issues.

Originally brought on board to work on Windows 9x and Windows Me escalations, for the past six months he has been involved in the creation of training for Windows 9x and Windows Me.
