SYMPTOMS

When you use Microsoft Word 2002 to create a Word document that contains a frame, you may not be able to select the frame or the text inside the frame.

CAUSE

This problem occurs when you set the Distance from text value in the Frame dialog box to a numeric value (for example, 2').

This problem is corrected in Office XP Service Pack 3.To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Microsoft Office XP. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
