SYMPTOMS

If you anonymously send a specially formatted request (using the XMLData property) to a server that is running SharePoint Team Services, an XML listing of user information is unexpectedly returned.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, install Microsoft Office XP Service Pack 2 (SP-2).
