solution you may receive the following error message: Could not delete file File Name. Make
sure that the file is not open by another process and is not
write-protected. When this problem occurs, you must restart Visual Studio .NET before you can rebuild your solution. CAUSEThis problem occurs if the Read-only property of a .dll file from an earlier build is set to true. The read-only property of a .dll file is set to true when the GetAssemblyName method is called to get the name of an assembly. RESOLUTIONA supported hotfix is now available from
Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that this article
describes. Apply it only to systems that are experiencing this specific
problem. To resolve this problem, contact Microsoft Product Support Services to obtain the hotfix.
