This article was previously published under Q327059 SYMPTOMS When you try to modify an entry in your Outlook Personal
Address Book (PAB) that uses an Internet e-mail address, you may receive the
following error message: One or more changes you made
could not be saved. The action could not be completed. CAUSE This problem may occur if your mailbox was moved from one
Exchange 5.5 Server site to a different Exchange 5.5 Server site. In this
situation, Outlook uses information that was cached from the previous Exchange
site to which the mailbox belonged when it refers to the address template for
the PAB entry. RESOLUTION A supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. If the hotfix is available for download, there is a "Hotfix download available" section at the top of this Knowledge Base article. If this section does not appear, submit a request to Microsoft Customer Service and Support to obtain the hotfix. Note If additional issues occur or if any troubleshooting is required, you might have to create a separate service request. The usual support costs will apply to additional support questions and issues that do not qualify for this specific hotfix.
