CAUSE This problem may occur if Microsoft Data Access
Components (MDAC) is corrupted. This may also occur if you upgrade to MDAC 2.7 and the program PCAnywhere 10.5 is installed on your computer. The "remote management" feature of PCAnywhere writes a registry key value that changes the authentication level used by the OLE DB proxy. RESOLUTIONIf
you have PCAnywhere installed on your computer follow the steps in Method 2. If
the steps in Method 2 are not successful or if you do not have PCAnywhere
