OLEXP: Outlook Express 5.5 Rollup

Microsoft has released a patch that corrects the following problems in Outlook Express 5.5:

• An unchecked buffer in Outlook Express S/MIME parsing may compromise system security.

• Outlook Express quits unexpectedly when you receive a message that contains a special MIME header.

• When you send signed e-mail with a valid signing-only certificate, you receive the following warning message.
  You do not have a digital ID. If you send this message, it will be sent properly, but you will not be able to read it in your sent items folder. Send anyway?
• When Outlook Express receives a digitally signed message from a Lotus Notes client using dual certificates (one for signing-only, one for encryption), you cannot encrypt the reply back to the sender. Also, you cannot add the sender to your Contacts list with the sender's Digital ID (certificate). No certificate is added to the contact.
  
  
• When you view newsgroup messages in Outlook Express, you cannot select the item and then press DELETE to remove the item.
