When you remove a USB hub from your computer, you may receive the following error message:
This symptom occurs if the USB hub has multiple USB devices connected to it when you disconnect the hub from your computer.
This device cannot start (Code 10)

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section. This problem was first corrected in Microsoft Windows 2000 Service Pack 4.
