2000 Server, you experience one or more of the following symptoms. Symptom 1When you try to reinstall Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server Service Pack 2 (SP2) or Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server Service Pack 3 (SP3), you receive the following error message:Setup failed while

Service is running, and then test to determine whether the issue is resolved.
