For a computer with an instance of SQL Server: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Microsoft SQL Server\<Instance Name>\MSSQLServer For a computer with a default instance: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\MSSQLServer\MSSQLServer Under the MSSQLServer key, add a DWORD value, and
then name it MAPI_NO_MAIL_flag. Set its value data to 1.STATUSMicrosoft
has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed
at the beginning of this article.
