page that contains an image that is formatted with a "Mouse over" Swap Dynamic
HTML (DHTML) effect, the image may appear broken when the DHTML effect occurs.
For example, when you move your mouse pointer over the picture, the original
picture disappears, and a blank picture placeholder appears instead of a second
