SYMPTOMS

If you set up an IMAP account and type a user name with a space between the first name and the last name in the logon information in Microsoft Outlook 2002, the space between the first name and the last name of the user name is removed.

For example, if you type "John Smith," the user name appears as "JohnSmith."

RESOLUTION

Service Pack Information

This problem is corrected in Office XP Service Pack 3.

This problem was first corrected in Office XP Service Pack 3.
