PSRV2002: Baseline Work Values Are Lost After You Change the Project Plan and You Republish

SYMPTOMS

When you view Baseline Work values in Microsoft Project Web Access Portfolio view, some Baseline Work values are incorrectly updated.

This problem may occur after you make Baseline changes in the project plan by using Project 2002 Professional, republish the changes, and then update the Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) cube in Project Web Access.

Service pack information

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Microsoft Project 2002 and Microsoft Project Server 2002. To resolve this problem you must install the latest service pack for both the Microsoft Project 2002 client and the Microsoft Project 2002 server.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
This problem was first corrected in Project 2002 Service Pack 1 and Project Server 2002 Service Pack 1.
