log on to your network, they may be denied access. Users may receive one of the
following error messages: Error 781: The encryption
attempt failed because no valid certificate was found -or- Error 628: The connection was
closed CAUSE This issue may occur if your VPN server is located behind a
Linksys BEFSR41 router. RESOLUTION To resolve this issue, update the firmware for your Linksys
