SYMPTOMS

When you view an online broadcast of a Microsoft PowerPoint 2002 presentation, the time marker that indicates the duration of each slide in the presentation does not appear.

For example, if you click Record and Save a Broadcast on the Slide Show menu, record your presentation, and then click Replay Broadcast, the time markers do not appear.

CAUSE

This problem may occur if the online broadcast of the PowerPoint 2002 presentation lasts longer than one hour. If the presentation lasts longer than one hour, the Advanced Streaming Format (.asf) file that is generated does not contain the time markers.

Service Pack Information
