This article was previously published under Q330201 On This PageSYMPTOMSWhen you view an online broadcast of a Microsoft PowerPoint 2002 presentation, the time marker that indicates the duration of each slide in the presentation does not appear. For example, if you click Record and Save a Broadcast on the Slide Show menu, record your presentation, and then click Replay Broadcast, the time markers do not appear. CAUSEThis problem may occur if the online broadcast of the PowerPoint 2002 presentation lasts longer than one hour. If the presentation lasts longer than one hour, the Advanced Streaming Format (.asf) file that is generated does not contain the time markers. RESOLUTIONService Pack InformationThis problem is corrected in Office XP Service Pack 3.To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Microsoft Office XP.
