Microsoft Outlook Web Access (OWA) does not display messages in the OWA Inbox when a "Loading..." message is displayed indefinitely.
This problem, although rarely experienced, occurs because of a logic error in the server side scripting code for OWA. This problem occurs when OWA performs an HTTP GET request that has the Translate header set to f (false).
