SYMPTOMS

When you are using a stand-alone tape drive to perform scheduled backups, the tape name in the "Compaq DDS4 20/40 GB DAT Drive" library may not be changed after you change the tape in Removable Storage. The operation was not performed because the specified media cannot be found.
This problem may occur if the scheduled backup job contains the following commands:
start /wait rsm.exe refresh /lf"Compaq DDS4 20/40 GB DAT Drive"
C:\WINNT\system32\Ntbackup.exe backup "@C:\Documents and Settings\ubsfcr\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Windows NT\NTBackup\data\THURSDAY.bks" /n "THURSDAY" /d "THURSDAY" /v:no /r:no /rs:no /hc:on /m normal /j "THURSDAY" /l:s /g "d57ec63d-ecb4-4300-a246-6e7df9ba9b9b"
