Information Services (IIS) 6.0. Web service extensions are programs that extend
the basic IIS functionality of serving static content. Examples of Web service
extensions are:
MORE INFORMATIONBy default, when you initially install IIS 6.0, IIS serves
only static content to make sure that the server is secure. The Web
Service Extensions node of the ISM is used to permit or to not allow
programs that extend this functionality. Information about enabling dynamic
