Tips

Using PFDavAdmin to administer mailbox delegate permissions.

PFDavAdmin is probably misnamed. PermissionsAdmin might be a better name.
One of the little noticed features of this great tool is its ability to centrally view and modify delegate permissions of individual folders within a mailbox without having to logon directly to the mailbox via the Outlook client.

The latest version of pfdavadmin is available from:
http://download.microsoft.com/download/2/f/0/2f0d72e2-a97a-49b6-879a-3b405cab017e/PFDAVAdmin.EXE.

Other features include the ability to export and import permissions, propagate or remove delegate permissions to all or some of the mailbox folders, view individual messages ( and deleted ones as well) and more. Suffice it to say, its potential uses are many.

It goes without saying that you need to have the required permissions and should carefully read the pfdavadmin.doc that is included with the download, but it doesn't require much more description here as the tool is intuitive and self-explanatory.
