Screensaver doesn’t work in Media Center if one uses wireless desktop mouse.

*Note:-
 If you are still experiencing the issue, end the ehtray.exe process. To do this, follow these steps:
Open Task Manager>Processes tab>Locate ehtray.exe>Click  End Process
